We are delighted that you are interested in adding a print of one of josies pieces to your collection or home decor.

As this is a very small operation we have very specific terms and conditions . Please be sure to read them thoroughly. It is assumed that you have read our T&Cs and all sales are made with this agreement in place.
Please be sure you want the peice as each piece is signed and printed to order we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
Every effort is made , prior to posting, to ensure that the print is made and packaged securely to the standard expressed on this site.
We consider these to be casual personal purchases , as such nothing actionable has any part in this process.
Because of the small nature of this business personal attention is given to your order to ensure it is performed to our standards as all sales are final
This is the current process we have in place at the start of this venture , to get it off the ground . It may change in the future if we expand the business or partnerships. But currently we do not want to offer something we cannot deliver . So the terms and conditions take into account what is realistic our end. We are unable to offer after sales , customer support or deal with complaints, in good faith we hope none of that will be neccessary.
Prints are shipped via first class Royal Mail in a cardboard envelop with do not bend instruction . Larger pieces are shipped in tubes. We will update you with your tracking information . You are responsible for the item once it leaves our hands. As with most things, you shall be given tracking information and are responsible for the receiving of the delivery.
Please double check you have given us your correct address. We will confirm delivery address in your invoice / receipt.
Because of the very human nature of our business we will endeavour to respond to your request at the earliest possible opportunity. We will also give you a timeline for the delivery of Your print. We expect, all being well, to have it mailed out to you within 2 working days of receiving your payment.
We do ship internationally and delivery times and carriers will be adjusted according to your location
We can recalculate costs in your local currency
Although this slower friendly approach and process requires that you agree to wave some of your consumer rights, and replace them with these terms and conditions.

As such, in these times, I do have to go that extra mile to ensure that all purchasers are sincere , but with that formality out of the way , I aim to make buying work from me an enjoyable and informal exchange. Buying art is a subjective experience , I know my art is niche , it’s not for everyone, but the joy in that is that is in finding those with whom the work connects. And even though we may never meet , sharing art and exchanging resources in this way , is intended to be a positive and personal encounter for us both God willing. If you know me, I keep things super relaxed, if it cannot be relaxed then perhaps buyer and artist are not a good match.

Please use the contact page to register interest in any of the works on paper or canvas that are for sale on this site. Our team will guide you through our sales process . All the above Terms and conditions apply , plus there are additonal shipping costs involved with shipping larger items, such as packaging and postage insurance. These sales are dealt with on a singular basis and a full letter of purchase detailing all our terms and what you should expect will be sent to you for your agreement before a sale. Once the authenicity and veracity of your request is established A non returnable but very small deposit may be required to hold a piece while the sale is processed. All depsoits are dedcuted from the final price. We reserve the right to complete the sale via a gallery partner in cases where that is deemed best.
